Go freelance or work for a company?

Its all about finding the right balance and what works best for you...

Having recently finished my final year of university I am at quite a quandary... i'm at a major crossroad in life and the direction I take that will ultimately decide my fate. I am debating getting a more secure job working for an agency, or going it alone and starting my own establishing my own videography business. Theres pros and cons to both, so lets take a look:

Freelance

Pros : Freedom, creative control, set own schedules, control over clients, holiday when needed.

Cons: Unstable income - no jobs, no pay, less part of a team, more time spent securing work.
